Alphora Signals provides an AI-powered market intelligence newsletter and news feed. Content is generated for informational purposes only and is delivered via email and a web dashboard on a subscription basis.

All content provided by Alphora Signals is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should not make any investment decision based solely on information obtained from this Service. 4. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Alphora Signals offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Pro, Trader). By subscribing to a paid plan:

You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate displayed at checkout.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store payment card details.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Refunds — we offer a full refund within 7 days of initial purchase if you are unsatisfied. Contact us at support@alphorasignals.com to request one. After 7 days, fees are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reproduce, redistribute, or resell content from the Service without written permission.
Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract content from the platform.
Share your account credentials with others or use the Service on behalf of multiple users under a single subscription.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and software comprising the Service are the exclusive property of Alphora Signals AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT INFORMATION WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR TIMELY.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALPHORA SIGNALS AI AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account page or by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
