  • Account information — your email address and password (hashed) when you register.
  • Billing information — subscription plan and payment status. Payment card details are processed and stored exclusively by Stripe; we never see or store raw card numbers.
  • Usage data — pages visited, features used, and interaction timestamps, collected via server logs and analytics.
  • Newsletter preferences — your email address and subscription status.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account and deliver the services you requested.
  • To process subscription payments and manage billing through Stripe.
  • To send you the daily Alphora Signals newsletter and transactional emails.
  • To improve the platform, debug issues, and monitor service health.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following trusted third parties solely to operate the service:

  • Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
  • Stripe — payment processing. Governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
  • Resend — newsletter delivery.
  • finlight — market data API (we send no personal data to finlight).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records for tax compliance).

6. Cookies

We use session cookies to maintain your authenticated state. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so will prevent you from staying logged in.
